Once you have added an item to your shopping cart, scroll down
the page until you find the Checkout button. Immediately below the
Checkout button you will find the "Redeem a discount coupon" area.
Enter your discount code here, and press Submit.

| No, you're not crazy -- that style is probably not here yet. :-)
We have not yet had the opportunity to do the hundreds of hours of data-entry
necessary to get into our online store the several hundred styles & colors shown
in our product catalog. New styles are manually being added to our store as
often as possible, but it is quite likely that the style you want isn't here yet.
If you know what style / color you wish to order, enter the style number
into our Quick Search box at the top right of any page on our website. If no
results are found, or of the color you want isn't among those found, simply
contact us
and we'll add it to the store!

| The wish list is like your shopping cart, but it is a "holding bin" for items
you are not yet ready to purchase. You must be a registered user on our website
to use the wish list feature. (If you do not yet have an account, and wish to
create one, please visit our account registration page.)
To add an item to your wish list, you must first be logged-in to your
account on our website.
The "Add to wish list" button is located on every
product details page, below the product image.
Click on the "Add to wish list" button
and the item will be added to your wish list.
Once you add an item to your wish list, it will stay there until
you remove it.
Your wish list looks very similar to your shopping cart, however instead of
checking out, you instead add items from your wish list directly to your
shopping cart.
Think of your wish list as your personal
bookmark collection for shoes you wish to purchase!

| If the items you have selected are in-stock, they will usually ship within
3 to 5 business days from the time your order is placed.
If an item you order is out-of-stock we will contact
you about chosing an alternate style or placing the
item on backorder. Backorders generally take 8 to 12 weeks
to ship, depending upon how long our vendor has been out-of-stock
in that style / color / size / heel-height combination.

Yes, when your order ships we will send you an email notice
containing carrier and tracking information.

Yes, if you prefer not to pay by credit card, we do accept check
payments by mail. Please mail all check payments to:

For current students of the Ballroom
we also accept cash payments in-person. In the notes section of the order
checkout form, please indicate the class name, day, and time that you will
be there, so that we can arrange for someone to collect your payment.
Orders placed online for payment by cash or check will be processed
upon receipt of payment.

If you wish to return merchandise sold by Basically Ballroom you may do
so for an exchange or a refund of the original purchase price (minus
shipping costs and restocking fees), subject to certain conditions.
Shoes in like-new, unworn condition, may be returned
FOR EXCHANGE ONLY, must be returned to us within six (6) days
of receipt by you, and are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
(This restocking fee covers our costs for the return shipment of
your item to our vendor's warehouse.)

a return / exchange request, may be found on our

By placing an order on our website you indicate your agreement
with this return policy.

| Our vendor imposes upon us a strict fourteen (14) day exchange policy
that begins on the date of shipment. This "countdown" begins
when your shoes leave the warehouse, and includes transit time in both
directions. This leaves approximately 6 days "in the middle" for you to
make a decision and to return the shoes to us if you wish to make an exchange.
By adhering to this exchange policy and not keeping any shoes in
inventory we are able to keep our costs low. (Please see our
Pricing FAQ
for additional details on how we keep our prices low for you.)

We will not, at any time, sell or rent any of your personal information
to any affiliate or third-party ever.
We will not, at any time, give away your personal information
except in the case of contracted service providers used for purposes
of providing services relating to our business relationship with you.
(Such as providing your shipping address to our vendor's warehouse.)
